My Lifestyle Suggestion; "It is not possible to live a perfect life. You are going to get things wrong sometimes when it comes to your health. But we do learn over time that certain things just don't help. Start by trying to minimise them first before taking on a new healthy habit."

"Whenever we try something new (which comes from setting a goal), there will be a period of discomfort that comes with that change. Your ability to ride out that initial discomfort will determine if you achieve your goal or not. So any new health habit needs to start with the right mindset."
